Job Description : Function Description : With a focus on digitization, innovation, and analytics, the Enterprise Digital Analytics (EDA) team creates central, scalable platforms and customer experiences to help markets across all of these priorities. A unique aspect of EDA is the integration of diverse skills across all of its remit. EDA has a very broad range of responsibilities, resulting in a broad range of initiatives around the world. Global Precision Marketing and Channel Analytics is responsible for devising plans to drive acquisition through channels where the prospect is identifiable and can be targeted with personalized offers. Purpose of the Role : - Incumbent will work with the team responsible for site personalization for international markets. He/She will be responsible for understanding, executing and analysing personlization initiatives using data driven insights. He/She will also work to expand the scope of personalization to include different dimensions. Responsibilities : - Use data to develop hypothesis, validate and implement ehancements to the site personalization capability. - Monitor multiple initiatives, provide insights to the marketing team and work to incorporate necessary changes to align on the objectives of the market - Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to achieve the goal of personalization in a collaborative manner Critical Factors to Success : Business Outcomes : - Enhance Marketing processes and leverage data insights to improve acquisition efficiency - New Accounts Acquired (NAA)/ROI of impacted NAAs/Build Business Acquired (BBA)-Vintage (V)/Average Daily Balance - Sentinel Disruption Rates and Customer Experience Leadership Outcomes : - Put enterprise thinking first, connect the role's agenda to enterprise priorities and balance the needs of customers, partners, colleagues & shareholders. - Lead with an external perspective, challenge status quo and bring continuous innovation to our existing offerings - Demonstrate learning agility, make decisions quickly and with the highest level of integrity - Lead with a digital mindset and deliver the world's best customer experiences every day Qualifications : Past Experience : - 0-1 years experience in Analytics Academic Background : - An advanced degree in Economics/Business /Statistics/Engineering Functional Skills/Capabilities : - Analytics & Insights & Targeting - Advanced Statistical Techniques - Data mining Techniques - Good understanding of card economics is plus Technical Skills/Capabilities : - Hive, SAS, Python, SQL - Hands on predictive modelling experience and knowledge of ML techniques like Gradient Boosting, Neural Networks, KNN is a plus.
