The GSN MIS and Analytics team is responsible for providing Executive Decision support through advanced analytics and MIS, helping the organization to leverage our competitive advantage and capitalize on the unique asset of Relationship Care- to drive customer engagement to deepen loyalty with our customers and drive brand advocacy. Team has a global footprint though this position will be based out of the American Express Service Center in Gurgaon, India. The role is a B35 people leader role reporting to a Director.

Key Responsibilities :

- The position shall be responsible for leading T&E Operations Management including but not limited to Process Improvement Initiatives, Day to day operations management, maintaining the desired service levels, provide best in class customer service to all internal / external customers.

Qualifications :

- Graduation/post-graduation in Accounting with minimum 4-5 years of post-qualification experience in handling Travel & Entertainment or related Strategic Projects

- Proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint

- Ability to prioritize and to multi-task in a fast paced environment & meet deadlines

- Excellent analytical skills & Eye for detail

- Excellent executive presence, written & verbal communication skills and an ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of management

- Customer interface with experience and ability to proactively anticipate customer needs and identify their specific requirements.

- Exposure to Concur Technical and reporting suite will be an added advantage
