If you have the talent and desire to deliver innovative Business Intelligence &amp; Reporting Capabilities at a rapid pace, serving our customers seamlessly across physical, digital, mobile, and social media, join our transformation team!</div><div><p>&nbsp; </p>Purpose of the Role: <br> <br>- Business Intelligence &amp; Analytics <br><br></div><div> <p>- Data Engineering </p><div><br></div><p>- Enterprise BI Platform Management </p><div><br></div><p>- Co-Brand Reporting </p> <br>Responsibilities: <br> <br>- You will be part of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team managing centralized BI Tool platforms and leading the CoBrand Business intelligence Technology team. <br><br></div><div> <p>- The Co-Brand Business Intelligence Platform leverages American Express Enterprise Data Assets &amp; capabilities to provide easy-to-access business intelligence reports to the Relationship Managers (Internal and External) of American Express Co-Brand relationships. </p><div><br></div><p>- This position drives vision, strategy and roadmap for Business Intelligence community within American Express. </p> <br>- This includes engaging with leadership &amp; diversified stakeholders to understand their analytical needs; <br><br></div><div> <p>- Recommend &amp; deliver BI solutions for hundreds of use case teams. </p><br></div><div> <p>- Lead the development and operational support of Enterprise BI &amp; Reporting platform catering to thousands of users, in an agile development culture. </p><div><br></div><p>- Partner with Infrastructure &amp; Database Operation and Data Engineering teams to create data pipelines which enables analytical capabilities to be consumed by BI platforms. </p><div><br></div><p>- Drive evaluation, design and delivery of the next-generation of BI tools to ensure reliable, consistent, deeper insights to drive business outcomes. </p><div><br></div><p>- Hire, manage, coach and lead a high performing team of Business Intelligence and data engineers. </p><div><br></div><p>- You will be challenged with identifying innovative ideas and proof of concept to deliver against the existing and future needs of our customers. </p><div><br></div><p>- The ideal candidate is highly organized, action-oriented, and accomplished in the development and deployment of complex software solutions with proven track record showcasing delivery of technical projects </p> <div><br></div><p>Minimum Qualifications :</p><p><br></p>- Experience in Big data and Cloud Analytics, Data pipeline development, Data Modeling and Business Intelligence.&nbsp;</div><p><br></p><p>- Strong program management fundamentals (planning, execution, estimation, risk management, stakeholder management). Be self-driven, should have ability and interest in working in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment.</p><div><br></div><div><p>Past Experience: </p><div><br></div><p>- 12+ years of demonstrated excellence in leading teams delivering business solutions across a variety of platforms (5+ Years Hands-on experience</p><p><br></p><p>-  Business Intelligence,  Practical experience with database and front-end BI platforms and tools such as Tableau/Power BI/Sisense, Proficiency with SQL, Experience with data modeling and ETL concepts and technologies. </p><div><br></div><p>Academic Background:<br></p><div><br></div><p>- A Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience) </p><div><br></div><p>Functional Skills/Capabilities: </p><div><br></div><p>-   Growth Mindset, Execution Excellence, Passion for people leadership </p><div><br></div><p>-   Ability to enable business capabilities through innovation </p><div><br></div><p>-   Thought leadership &amp; Automation first approach </p><div><br></div><p>-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills required, with the ability to create and deliver effective presentations to leadership </p><div><br></div><p>-   Demonstrated ability to think strategically and tactically about the delivery of the strategic plan with strong independent problem solving skills </p><div><br></div><p>-   Experience in building or managing complex applications and system. </p><div><br></div><p>-   The ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals. </p><br></div><div><p>Technical Skills/Capabilities: </p><div><br></div><p>- Hands-on experience -  BI Tools such as Tableau,Power BI, Sisense etc., Python, Hive, SQL and ETL reporting, Rest APIs, Information Management technologies(Big Data/Yellowbrick).
