Job Description : The Infrastructure Security team is seeking a Director of Information Security to lead a new Security Systems Management and Operations team. The Director will be responsible for managing end-to-end systems operations and virtual hosting across a diverse technology portfolio, supporting many of the enterprise Information Technology Risk and Information Security core capabilities. as well as the development of automation and workflow tools for the organization. The Director must demonstrate a deep process and technical proficiency around availability, delivery, and technology innovation. The leader will be required to build, develop, and manage a high performing operations and development team. Job Responsibilities : - Create and drive a strong Dev Ops culture to deliver innovative software solutions for the Infrastructure Security organization, our customers, and our partners. - Work closely with Information Security architecture and engineering teams to deliver stable, performant, and effective technologies to the organization - Create automation and workflow to reduce the manual tasks performed in Information Security - Maintain strong relationships with business partners to ensure that the delivered solution and the targeted platform continually matches business needs - Support evaluation and proof-of-concept activities to drive selection of new technologies Qualifications : - Professional certifications preferred (e.g. CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CPCB, ITIL, etc.) - 10+ years working knowledge of any major area of Information Technology & Information Security - Experience in leading a high performing operations and/or development team - Understanding and implementation experience for server virtualization functions i.e. VMware, Openshift, Docker, etc. at an enterprise scale - Experience with implementation complex security solutions, and operational support of systems and applications - Knowledge of Agile development, Agile operations, and Lean approaches to platform engineering - Strong understanding of DevOps concepts and emerging toolsets - Demonstrated experience in driving innovation and change by identifying new opportunities based on industry best practices, as well as internal and external needs - Possesses extensive knowledge of enterprise policies and procedures including Change and Incident Management - Requires proven collaboration skills along with the ability to influence without authority - Requires proven communication, IT risk management and coaching skills Job type- Permanent Industry Type - Digital Commerce The Apply Button will redirect you to website.
