Job Description : Function Description : - With a focus on digitization, innovation, and analytics, the Enterprise Digital Analytics (EDA) team creates central, scalable platforms and customer experiences to help markets across all these priorities. Charter is to drive scale for the business and accelerate innovation for both immediate impact as well as long-term transformation of our business. - A unique aspect of EDA is the integration of diverse skills across all its remit. EDA has a very broad range of responsibilities, resulting in a broad range of initiatives around the world Purpose of the Role : - The leader will provide/lead delivery of Insights which are key metrics for Commercial Business. This will be followed by deep dive on key business questions raised by multiple leaders across the matrix (basis the number or insights generated). The POA of the team will be elevated with automation solutions using ML / AI capabilities. - The candidate will be spearheading a direct report team of 6 - 7 members (total team of 40 - 45) responsible for creatively designing and measuring the impact of various marketing treatments, augmenting research-based information to prospect data, reporting results to leadership, performing data/ campaign analysis and providing strategic support to our marketing team. - This will help the team develop basic Data Science tools to provide incremental metrics to proactively drive strategic business solutions Responsibilities : - Leading a high performing team and ensuring close collaboration & partnership with regional & global stakeholders - Delivering data-driven insights to marketing teams to uncover trends and underlying drivers of growth and profitability to inform business strategy - Closely collaborate with business partners to maximize the business value of solutions with innovative platform and intelligence enhancements - Driving ongoing process improvements to reduce cycle time, increase accuracy and improve transparency - Partnering with numerous regional teams to drive innovation, best practices and global synergies - Provide Thought Leadership in guiding the team as well as day to day problem solving - Lead strategic initiatives of Process improvements and generate efficiencies through automation - Ensure business continuity planning and handle process escalations Critical Factors to Success : Business Outcomes : - Enable the business by providing holistic data driven solutions and business insights by innovating measurement techniques and variable creation. - Design and measure the impact of various marketing treatments and report results to leadership. - Perform data/campaign analysis and provide strategic support to our marketing team.
