Power for seven consecutive years. <br> <br>- A career at American Express is rich in experience and offers opportunities to build lasting relationships with our customers. <br> <br>Job Description: <br><br>- Responsible to manage card issuance product portfolio, maintenance, administration and implementations. <br><br></div><div><p>- Liaise with card issuance Partner and internal customers to ensure updates are carried out in timely and accurate fashion </p><div><br></div><p>- Work with project teams to obtain requirements and complete UAT and BETA </p><div><br></div><p>- Correct problems identified in card issuance systems to enable Partner adherence to production SLA's and quality standards </p><div><br></div><p>- Requires accuracy and focus on compliance, quality, project and change methodologies </p><div><br></div><p>- Ensure adherence to regional compliance with organization policies and review audit controls. </p><div><br></div><p>- Lead the analysis of JAPA functions and technical operations within BIS and propose opportunities to standardize and centralize accordingly </p><div><br></div><p>- Work with project teams to obtain requirements, synthesize this into parameters and make systematic updates in support of UAT </p><div><br></div><p>- Develop and deploy an implementation program and ensure adherence to rollout methodology in a controlled process and environment. </p><div><br></div><p>- Lead analysis around audit and compliance opportunities, specifically the integration of the global platforms into the UAC scope. </p><div><br></div><p>- Accountability for SLAs as it relates to product configuration and file transmissions with the Vendors. </p><div><br></div><p>- Manage IMR resolution and provide consultancy through process; liaise with AET and Crypto groups to ensure no adverse impact to SLAs. </p><div><br></div><p>- Manage change requests by identifying and scoping customer requirements for change and projects. </p><div><br></div><p>- Partner with the Card Issuance Team to ensure all new product launches are set-up to the required product configuration. </p><div><br></div><p>- Provide SME and act as gatekeeper for technical changes to platform and product table configurations.  </p> <div><br></div>Qualification:<br><br>- Post Graduate or Graduate with relevant 4-6 years of experience. <br><br></div><div> <p>- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills with an attention to detail. </p><div><br></div><p>- PC Literate with strong Microsoft office Skills. </p><div><br></div>- Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate technical and complex functions. <br><p><br></p><p>- Previous relationship management, internal Amex platform knowledge will be an advantage. </p><p><br></p><p>- Experience of SDLC and change management process essential with experience in testing methodologies preferred. </p><p><br></p><p>- Self-driven working with ability to work with minimum supervision and act on own initiative. </p><div><br></div><p>- Highly technical essential with a good understanding of AET platforms and processes. </p><div><br></div><p>- Knowledge of plastic card production and distribution. </p><div><br></div>- Meticulous attention to detail for working in highly technical table based environment. <br><p><br></p><p>- Knowledge of Smart card technology, magstripe technology, file transmission and cryptography preferred. </p> <br> Job type- Permanent<br><br>The Apply Button will redirect you to website.
