The position will be responsible for creatively designing and measuring the impact of various treatments, performing analysis and providing strategic support to our business partners.   - The successful candidate will partner extensively with the US Marketing teams, as well as various cross-functional teams including Finance and Risk Management to provide holistic data-driven solutions for business needs  Job Responsibilities :  - Support and enable the Global Marketing Organization with actionable data-driven insights and analytical solutions  - Collaborate with functional leaders, business partners, and senior leaders to assess business needs, evaluate project feasibility, ensure data integrity, and provide actionable recommendations  - Design and execute marketing impact measurement solutions, ROI analysis, and other strategic analysis  - Demonstrate thought leadership and accountability to own delivery end to end  - Gather business requirements from stakeholders, design and execute analysis, present results   Qualifications :  - Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Engineering or related fields is strongly desired   - Proficiency in SAS, SQL, Unix and MS Excel (Advanced) (At least two-year experience with SAS, SQL & Advanced Excel required)   - Experience in Marketing Analytics preferred  - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills with an ability to formulate and communicate strategies in a clear and compelling way   - Understand internal client needs, manage expectations, and resolve difficult situations   - Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, strong client management skills   - A demonstrated ability to work in high-pressure situations with minimal errors  - An optimistic and growth mindset with a tremendous will to win   - Should be able to function with minimum supervision with high sense of ownership  - Should be comfortable with flexible shift timings to support the international business   Job type- Full Time  Industry Type - Operations   #NOLI
