Job Description : - Creating and executing marketing and product communications strategy at an enterprise level - Manage Communications across all media touchpoints including BTL, Social & Digital - Creating Go-to-market positioning strategies for all new product and capability launches - Creation and management of all Sales & acquisition collaterals across all products - Supporting all Insurance product launches and communications - Creation of all communications across Internal acquisitions (cross-sell) and Early Engagement - Maintaining agency network liasioning and work prioritization - A supporting leader in the Advertising Review process and other internal reviews & audits - Managing the A&P budgets, monitoring & control including Management Reports. Qualifications ; - Preferably Post Graduate in Marketing with 5+ years of relevant experience in Marketing Communications (Marcom) including exposure to Social Media, other traditional & new age channels - Strong networking & agency management skills including negotiating contracts and management of TLM processes - Strong communication (written & oral) and negotiation skills.
