Job Description  The GMO Campaign Consulting team supports proprietary card markets in the delivery of customer acquisition, spend stimulation and loyalty campaigns. The incumbent will be responsible for partnering with Marketers in the setup, design, and delivery of marketing campaigns and marketing objectives with a pan-GNICS scope. To do this effectively, the Campaign Consultant will need to develop a strong working knowledge of GNICS marketing assets, campaign best practices/insights and setup processes in a way they can be adopted to improve campaign outcomes. Stakeholder management skills are requisite for the role.  Campaign Consultants are expected to be self-starters who can define highly technical and complex campaign requirements and develop project plans as needed. The ability to build relationships in a matrix organization by partnering with General Counsel, Compliance, Ops Risk, Finance, and Risk is also required.   The role will be based in Gurgaon and report into the Manager - Campaign Consulting.   Responsibilities include:   - Partnering with markets to defining campaign construct and set up requirements   - Create campaign management forums with markets.   - Collaborate with local marketing teams to in optimizing individual campaigns.   - Sharing best practice with test and learn approach.   - Support capabilities team in testing for project implementations as required.   - Provide analytical support to markets to help drive recommendations.   This role may be subject to additional background verification checks.  Qualifications:  - Experience in one or more of the following areas: campaign management, marketing, project management, risk management and consulting.   - Proven ability to develop and leverage relationships   - Ability to drive results in an entrepreneurial environment.   - Analytical mindset and creative problem-solving skills - must be a self-starter with the ability to work with little direct guidance.  - Strong intellectual curiosity and the ability to innovate with no pre-defined roadmap   - Excellent communication and presentation skills, collaborating and influencing skills to support projects.   - Fluency in English   - Postgraduate degree, preferred and/or at least three years relevant work experience.  Job type- Full Time  Industry Type - Technology   #NOLI
