Purpose of the Role: Commercial Marketing Solutions (CMS) team is part of Enterprise Digital Analytics (EDA) group within American Express. The team supports Global Commercial Marketing business by providing actionable insights to drive business strategy and growth. This is an outstanding opportunity in a high visibility role that will work very closely with Marketing organization to provide well-structured reports, meaningful analytics and actionable insights that help in creating growth strategies. The Analyst would be a part of BFSP measurement team which is responsible for measuring the impact of marketing campaigns and ROI calculation over online and offline channels, delivering world-class analytics, insights and data products. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with Marketing team/stakeholders, create and maintain campaign measurement solutions - Support and enable the Global Marketing Organization with actionable, insightful analytical solutions to drive business performance - Partner with functional leaders, Strategic Business Partners and Senior leaders - Drive Automation and ongoing refinement of measurement frameworks Functional Skills/Capabilities: - Strong knowledge of&nbsp;Hive, Python and Advanced Excel - Statistical Techniques like significance testing - Tableau (good to have) Positions in Risk Management lead the development of credit, operational, enterprise, and fraud policies designed to profitably grow the portfolio, while ensuring excellent customer experience. These policies utilize mathematical models and other techniques to understand and predict customer behavior. At the analyst level, the employee is beginning to develop expertise in the field. Receives general instruction on moderately complex problems and issues.
