Drive revenue growth &amp; profitability </p><div><br></div><p>-   Manage work on adhoc requests from Senior Management/strategic stakeholder/TLS leadership</p><div><br></div><p>-   Engage in multiple initiatives, lead or support ongoing Program Specialty projects and provide consultative expertise focused on win-win solution </p><div><br></div><p>-   Translation of complex analytical output into easily digested insights with clear recommendations</p><div><br></div><p>-   Identifying opportunities for new automated &amp; custom analytics solutions around all areas of the customer lifecycle -   i.e. acquisition through to retention</p><div><br></div><p>-   Develop advanced understanding of data sources and potential usage scenarios </p><div><br></div><p>-   Identify new technologies and capabilities that can advance and future proof analytical solutions </p><div><br></div><p>-   Conceptual thinking skills and ability to identify and implement technical solutions to achieve process automation and improve group-  s productivity</p><br>Purpose:</div><div><p><br></p><p>- Enable a strong decision support model to equip TLS leaders with relevant and critical business insights thus helping them take informed strategic business decisions</p><br>Critical Factors to Success (Outcome Driven):</div><div><p><br></p>Business Outcomes:</div><div><p><br></p>-   Business Outcomes: Enable Specialty Program Analytics capabilities.
