Job Description  This position is responsible for providing implementing and executing compensation and benefits strategies, deployment and ongoing management of Compensation & Benefits programs in the markets in the region. A major focus would be to support Compensation & Benefits initiatives, vendor management and program offerings to enable and support business strategies Designs, implements, and monitors a variety of human resource benefits programs. Anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs and trends in partnership with business management. Prior experience in HR Operations, Medical Benefits administration, invoicing & Vendor Management is essential.  Key responsibilities :   - Provide Compensation & Benefits guidance primarily for Car lease process, HMO process and advice to HR Business Partners and Market HR teams to support the people agenda  - Data analysis and reporting, including analyzing metrics and being able to provide insight on trends.   - Vendor management for employee benefits and ongoing monitoring and execution of daily activities for the Benefits process. Supervise the providers/ vendors who are delivering program components.  - Ensure compliance with all regulatory frameworks and American Express procedures as they relate to market specific Compensation & Benefits programs and ensuring process documentation and governance  Qualifications :  Bachelors degree with HR Ops experience of 5+ years and must have Knowledge of Salesforce is essential with Excellent verbal and written communication skills for Stakeholder management.  - Exceptional relationship and influencing skills  - Ability to work autonomously with demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders  - Experience in complex reporting and presentation using MS Office.  - Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with project management experience  - High-quality orientation.
