Key Role Responsibilities :

- To assist in financial analysis and modeling, drafting, company and industry research - Including Industry Tracking on:

- Regulation changes

- Competitor Announcements & Results

- Provide updated alerts to supervisor

- Call reports / meeting notes

- To assist as part of a larger team in terms of due diligence, documentation, processing &financial and statistical analysis

- Preparing client presentations and general support in all aspects of buy and sell-side transaction execution.

- Assist in the complete execution process on CF transactions. like - Project planning, Highlighting Risks on Key Deal Issues, Project Tracking & Client Interactions

- Coordination with various participants & advisors

- Assist in the documentation keeping in mind - due diligence, collection, collation and analysis of client information, Financial Implications, Regulatory Implications

- Conduct multiple party interaction to ensure client information collection is accurate and timely

- Take initiative to organize and participate in ideation session / meetings - Research & further develop the ideas generated during these sessions

- Help with risk analysis, planning, providing timelines, keeping track of the milestones. Preparation of information memorandum. Draft term sheets. Provide comments on Share Purchase Agreements / SHA / MOU
