A domestic investment bank is looking to hire in its Private wealth team a Relationship Manager/ Sales Person - Real Estate Sector in Delhi
Details are as follows :
Designation : Manager/ Sr Manager

Department : Sales/Relationship Manager - Real Estate
Location : Delhi
Exp : 2 to 5 yrs
Reporting To : VP sales
Key Responsibilities :
- To make a comprehensive listing of property available in respective location
- To research, investigate and find for any legal issues in a property
- To prospect real estate leads and close sales
- To achieve budgeted targets in terms of number of deals and revenue.
- To understand clients- needs & requirements and accordingly suggest investment option
- To tie-up with developers/builders with a proper agreement
- To ensure collection from builders with strict timelines
- To train the WMs on any new product
- To penetrate the Real Estate sales through WMs
- To prepare the MIS reports in the specified formats.
