Designation : Manager / Senior Manager - HR
Key Responsibilities:
Business Partner:
- End to End responsibility for all HR activities for one or two businesses: Includes - Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Reward and Recognition and all new initiatives required for the respective businesses
Organization wide:
Talent Management and Development:
- Design and implement organization wide learning and development initiatives.
- Assess training requirements and ensure the needs are met through innovative interventions and programs
HR Projects:
- Also contribute to / manage organization wide projects on an ongoing basis like Employee Engagement Surveys, Compensation surveys, all other new HR initiatives.
Skills Required:
- Prior Experience of handling Learning and Development function as a whole or part
- Strong relationship building and networking ability
- Sound HR concepts
- Exposure to compensation and benefits and added advantage
- Exposure to pure Investment Banking / Financial services industry also would be an added advantage
- Strong Excel and Power point skills
- Strong eye for detail
Profile Requirement:
- Minimum 6 years of experience
- MBA - Specializing in Human Resources or equivalent from Tier 1 or Tier 2 Institutes
