Relevant Exp :2 to 4 years in Corporate Access.
Reporting To : CEO
Location : Mumbai
Education : CA / MBA from Tier I Institutes

- Strong organization skills and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to plan and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision

- Ability to manage complicated logistics under time pressure
- At least 2 years of work experience of working on Corporate Access in a reputed brokerage
Key Role Responsibilities :
- Possess an understanding of Institutional Equity Sales business and the client servicing requirements
- Act as the focal point of communication between various corporates, subject matter experts and the institutional equity sales team
- Function as main point of contact between institutional sales team and Corporate Finance
- Understanding the needs of the institutional fund managers of both domestic and global markets
- Assist the CEO, Institutional Equities, to enhance Corporate access relationships as well as assist in building Ambit panel of experts
- Liase with the IE sales team to develop relationships for corporate road shows, conferences etc.,
- Formulating strategies with potential and existing corporate clients viz. corporate Roadshows, conferences and other mechanisms for engaging with them etc.
- Monitoring business performance
- Liaisoning with Corporate Finance for existing client relationships
