About the role:-

- Support Business leaders in areas like Talent Management & Competency Framework, Talent Review Framework, Leadership Development Framework, etc.

- Partner with departments to identify root causes of issues, recommend solutions and drive process improvements.

- Counsel Business Leaders regarding company policies, procedures and workplace issues.

- Provide coaching and resolution regarding all employee-related issues.

- Develop change management initiatives designed to build a culture of innovation and performance.

- Diagnose large-scale organisation effectiveness issues and consult with Business leaders to influence change.

- Organise periodical performance and compensation reviews.

- Organise connects and empathetically address employee grievances.

- Incentive management for the sales team.

- Coach and mentor employees and promote a culture of knowledge sharing.

- Responsible for leading the recruitment strategy for sales and operations by bringing together the resources for talent acquisition, employer branding, technology and HR services.

- Partner with leaders and HR Business Partners to assess hiring needs and workforce planning to build a stronger strategic approach for Talent Acquisition.

- Track and achieve an annual hiring plan that emphasises scale, quality, and speed of hires.

Qualifications and skills:-

- Minimum 3 years of experience in HRBP or similar role.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Active Listening skills.

- In-depth knowledge of the entire recruiting cycle and employer branding techniques.

- Ability to motivate employees.

- A leader and strategic thinker.

- Prior sales/BD experience will be a plus.
