
Key Responsibilities:
1. E-Learning Content Development
- Convert classroom training decks/PDFs into interactive self-paced modules.
- Build courses using tools like Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline), Vyond, iSpring, Adobe Captivate, adobe premier pro, Adobe illustrator etc.
- Write scripts, storyboards, voiceover prompts & learner journeys.
- Create assessments, knowledge checks, simulations, quizzes, and certification flows.
- Ensure all content is aligned with Ambak brand guidelines and L&D learning outcomes.
2. Video Shooting & Production:
- Plan, script, shoot & edit learning videos, explainers, walkthroughs and demo videos.
- Shoot content with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and leaders as required.
- Handle basic production setup: lighting, framing, audio quality, background setup, etc.
- Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Davinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, subtitles, brand stingers, intros/outros.
3. Graphic & Visual Design:
- Create visual assets, illustrations, infographics and animations for e-learning modules.
- Use tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma for layouts and designs.
- Build branded templates for repeatable learning content.
4. LMS & Deployment Responsibilities
- Upload, test, and troubleshoot courses on the LMS (SCORM/xAPI compatible).
- Track learner progress and ensure modules are correctly configured.
- Collaborate with L&D, Product, HR, and Business teams for updates and improvements.
5. Research & Innovation
Stay updated with the latest AI-based tools for content creation such as:
- Synthesia, HeyGen, D-ID (AI talking head videos)
- RunwayML, Pika, Kaiber (AI animation & video generation)
- Descript, Wisecut (AI editing & transcription)
- Canva AI, Gamma, Tome, Notion AI for content automation
- Recommend new workflows to improve content quality & turnaround time.
