- Amazon's Transportation department is seeking a Trainer with experience in delivering classroom training to Transportation associates as well as conducting - train the trainer programs. - The team develops and maintains training programs. Responsibilities: - Create and implement training plans for delivery center managers, supervisors and associates. - Communicate policies and procedures to managers and new employees as needed. - Create and manage training content and documentation. - Ensure that Learning creates/updates accurate and useful information on job tasks, SJIs (Standard Job Instructions) and training aids/visuals. - Manage learning resources including budget, equipment and materials. Basic qualifications : - Experience of conducting Training - Needs Analysis and carrying out all activities in the Training Cycle: Design, Delivery, Evaluation - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Experience using computers to develop materials, presentations and use of email and knowledge of internet/intranet - Result orientated and pro-active attitude with a strong sense of conviction - Highly developed leadership ability Preferred qualifications : - Experience of conducting Training - Needs Analysis and carrying out all activities in the Training Cycle: Design, Delivery, Evaluation - Result orientated and pro-active attitude with a strong sense of conviction
