Amazon - Technical Program Manager (5-12 yrs)
- Work closely with the Head of Solutions Architecture to implement and optimize systems to track, manage and improve inputs into the technical/business development cycle in India.
- Analyze business processes and collaborate with Solutions Architects, as well as Operations and Marketing teams to identify opportunities to streamlines processes and measure results of activities.
- Drive Technical Account Plans hygiene for the org to ensure the business has visibility into both strategic and tactical engagements.
- Develop and execute plans to drive each project and program to the next milestone and deliver results.
- Report on the progress and results of initiatives; flag issues and provide recommendations to resolve issues.
- At times you may need to build some automation programming/scripts in MS Office to build macros.
- Gather feedback from technical teams on a regular basis to continuously improve programs.
Gather and manage content portal for the SA team to contribute and consume.
- Assist in the operational aspects of running the Solutions Architecture function, such as employee on-boarding, training and ever-boarding, reporting and compliance.
- Minimum 5 years experience in technical business development ( BD ), BD enablement or BD operations role
- Significant experience and demonstrated success in developing initiatives and programs around technical field BD training and enablement
- Demonstrated experience taking strategic visions and concepts and developing into structured plans, actions and measurable metrics; experience executing plans to deliver results.
- Experience working with program, project, and performance management.
- Demonstrated analytical skills, by working with databases, reporting systems and Salesforce.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and adept at cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
