Amazon seeks a talented Senior Program Manager to manage business operations for it's Selling Partner reimbursements tool (called SAFE-T) at its India headquarters, based in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about driving improvements to Selling Partner experience as well reduce operational costs. S/he/They will work in close partnership with operations teams, finance, forecasting & planning teams, audit teams and reimbursements owners in various geographies to identify and drive improvements. S/he/they will regularly report on metrics related to reimbursements for different business reviews and track Selling Partner feedback.
A successful candidate will be passionate about Seller Partner experience as well as operational excellence. S/he/they will be detail-oriented with an eye to identify automation and operational excellence opportunities.
S/he/they will have credibility with leadership and will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, creatively solve complex issues; in addition, the candidate will thrive in working with large data warehouse environments, has excellent verbal and written communication skills and is motivated by developing innovative and simplified solutions to help Selling Partners and operations.
Key job responsibilities
1. Identifying new opportunities for automation to eliminate reimbursement claim related tasks by using data analysis, feedback from Selling Partners and operations. Influence tech teams to launch automations and collaborate with operations to build scalable processes.
2. Identifying process improvements to reduce Selling Partner friction and operational load.
3. Partnering with reimbursement owners from various geographies to deep dive into Selling Partner feedback and metrics. Identify and implement policy changes and mechanisms to improve Selling Partner experience (SX)
4. Work in close collaboration with stakeholders and leaders from operations to identify opportunities to improve Standard Operating Procedures
5. Review upstream trends and work closely with reimbursement owners in various geographies to manage claim volume forecasting.
6. Review claim audit insights and drive action items across various geographies
7. Own business reviews on automation and SX with leadership across operations and reimbursements.
Keys to success in this role includes exceptional program management, strong communication, collaboration skills, and analytical skills. The candidate needs to be able to coordinate across multiple work streams, use data and customer anecdotes to build strong business arguments and be able to communicate clearly appropriate actions.
