Job Title: Senior Program Manager, Reverse Logistics Location: Bangalore As the RL Program Manager, you will be responsible for identifying the key levers impacting customer returns rate in the network, develop program initiatives and identify product solutions that will support the network in reducing customer returns at an A.in level. You will also liaise with the Category, Ops and Re-commerce teams to identify initiatives that will help improve the sellable yield for customer returns. The identified individual will have a proven track record of being able to deliver high impact programs for the business within tight deadlines, be able to function independently in an ambiguous environment while partnering with a diverse set of stakeholders across Business, Ops and Tech and be proficient in being able to communicate effectively with C-level Executives. The individual will also be responsible for partnering with global counterparts to identify new initiatives where A.in can be on-boarded quickly to help build parity with global markets. Key Performance Areas: 1. Drive cross functional initiatives to deliver business value for the team; be part of projects involving new feature definition to improve processes and reduce cost. 2. Manage end to end planning, metrics review and root cause analysis, and delivering results in a fast paced environment. 3. Manage stakeholders across globe as part of a long-term partnership; demonstrate business acumen and skills in driving change by developing business proposals and driving implementation of recommendations through effective written and oral communication. 4. Work with data engineering team and Software development teams to improve tools, processes and reporting dashboards Basic Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree, (preferably BE/ B.Tech) with 10-12 years of experience in Program/Project Management, Manufacturing or Operations OR MBA with 6-8 years of experience in Program Management/Process Excellence 2. Experience in translating business needs into detailed feature requirements, data analysis and business case development, and managing programs from concept to implementation. 3. Ability to think both strategically and tactically and to drive execution. Should be equally comfortable with long term planning and day to day progress tracking and execution. Familiarity with multiple root cause analyses and solution techniques 4. Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results in a fast paced environment. Preferred Qualifications 1. Prior experience of working with Tech/Software Development teams is a plus 2. Background in analysis of large volume of data to drive analysis and to make decisions.
