We are looking for a motivated individual to join the Amazon Pay Offline Acceptance. This individual will be responsible for Go to Market initiatives to drive acceptance and adoption of Amazon Pay in offline unorganized stores. S/he will have a direct and visible impact on the long-term success of the business. This highly visible role has direct exposure to senior leaders in and outside of Amazon, requires thought-leadership, internal and external stakeholder management, and a basic understanding of payments / offline distribution. This is an IC role based in Bangalore. Basic Qualifications - 5 years of experience in sales/business development/marketing in the payments or unorganized retail distribution, preferably in India. - Track record of having conceptualized and scaled GTM programs - Simplifier but at the same time thinks big, takes smart risks, is innovative and can think out of the box. Develops original ideas, approaches, and solutions to typical, unusual, or difficult situations or problems. - Proven ability to successfully thrive in an ambiguous environment and changing market conditions. - Takes initiative. Doesn't wait to be asked. Plans efficiently while avoiding analysis paralysis. Consistent effort, intense commitment, and willingness to go above and beyond when needed. - Bachelor's degree is required. An MBA is desirable Preferred Qualifications - Have an entrepreneurial spirit with strong background (5+ years) in product, payments and a track record of creating innovative internet solutions. - Be comfortable with hands-on day-to-day problem solving, implementing quick and effective action plans to meet short term priorities. Equally comfortable in generating a 3-year strategic vision and a weekly sales report. - Have proven analytical skills and an ability to manage a program by the numbers. Must be metrics-driven. - Have excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly. - Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented. Proven ability to influence others.
