In this context, the Amazon Payments India Sales team is looking for Sr. Program Manager, Amazon Pay who will help drive portfolio planning and management to grow business with efficiency and quality. You should be analytical, an effective communicator, quick to learn new tools and systems, and flexible in the face of changes. Our environment is fast-paced and requires someone who is comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment. Role and Responsibilities : - Working in a dynamic business environment you will be responsible for driving customer quality and spend efficiency in the external payments business. Your success will be measured by the impact in driving downstream quality and efficiency improvement whilst supporting growth in scale. The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated ability to marry data insights with market realities and have the ability to drive optimal portfolio management programs that balance multiple objectives. In addition to the above, the candidate will be responsible for the following activities - Work with BI &amp; CI teams to deep dive into customer behavioral data and come up with insights that power decisions - Run monthly marketing campaign planning exercise taking inputs from multiple stakeholders (Biz Dev, Marketing) and seeking Finance approval for execution - Design &amp; drive customer segment-based experiments to improve specific portfolio objectives such as Prime customer adoption, New shopper acquisition etc - Build scenarios/business model simulations to drive decision making at strategic and tactical levels - Own monthly business updates/RNO to leadership to surface progress &amp; key inputs that drive growth, efficiency and quality Basic Qualifications : - More than 5 years of experience in analytics/marketing/customer lifecycle management/business planning &amp; analysis - Experience with e-commerce, retail, advertising, telecom or media would be an advantage - Experience with online payment products is a plus Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree required, MBA is preferred
