The Alexa Voice Services (AVS) team is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to accelerate our growth into new product verticals and device types. In this role, you will assess various opportunities, identify new areas for specific investment, and drive the end-to-end customer experience. You will be responsible for raising the bar for product and design operations, program mechanisms, and executive communications across our business. This position requires a candidate with the proven ability to drive process improvements and work collaboratively with designers, engineers, product management, and other stakeholders throughout the planning, design, and development lifecycle to launch bar-raising experiences for customers. - We're looking for someone to join our team who is... Key job responsibilities Job Responsibilities: - Support distributed team of Product Managers and Designers to develop the vision and strategy for AVS - Set goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for new launches - Work with Amazon Devices Sales, Marketing and Product Management team to create program-specific strategies - Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders across Amazon - Share best practices with international teams to expand globally (as applicable) BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Degree - 5+ years of relevant work experience - Experience solving problems using an analytical and data-driven approach - Experience delivering quantifiable results in a collaborative work environment spanning multiple (at least 3) teams/divisions PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Accomplished range of skills from high-level strategic thinking to detailed analysis - High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously - Superior verbal and written communications skills - Master's degree in business administration (management) - Experience with consumer electronics and/or offline retail
