- Be an internal risk consultant for Amazon.in and manage the marketplace risk and bad debt. Transaction Risk Management Systems (TRMS) group designs and builds the software systems, risk models and operational processes that minimize risk and maximize customer and seller trust at Amazon.

We need an experienced program manager to run a team of program managers and business analysts. You will be responsible for managing multiple TRMS programs

- You will set the goals and road map for the TRMS India, but our ideal candidate would run the whole Amazon India risk management program.

Basic Qualification :

- 8+ years of working experience in project management/program management/management consulting.

- Candidates should have a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, where tactical and strategic activities are driven in parallel, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

- Experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions and assertions of business value.

- Strong bias for action; ability to juggle multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Technical fluency; can understand, discuss, and gauge the complexity of a planned feature; make schedule tradeoffs; and evaluate roadmap timeframes with technical team members.

- Ability to conduct market benchmarking studies and experience in relevant industry.

- Excellent time management, resource management and planning skills. The ability to estimate, schedule and track projects.

- Ability to proactively identify upcoming risks, issues, and bottlenecks and resolve issues that sometimes cross departmental boundaries

- Experience of having managed a team of program managers and business analysts

Preferred Qualifications :

- MBA or Master's degree in related field

- Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial, as well as the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, and prioritize

- Sound business judgment, project manager experience, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills are critical to success in this position

- Ability to deal with ambiguity and manage changing priorities
