We are International Seller Services (ISS), and we enable over 2 million third-party sellers in eleven global marketplaces to sell their products to Amazon customers around the world.

Third-party sellers offer hundreds of millions of unique products and are a critical part of Amazon's ecosystem that delivers our vision of offering the Earth's largest selection and lowest prices. Third-party sales have grown at an incredible pace in recent years, outpacing Amazon's own first-party sales organization. ISS helps these independent sellers to grow and expand by providing the best tools we can imagine and build. This includes products and tools that help sellers to extend their catalog to multiple marketplaces, maximize their ROI by enrolling products in the right programs, and provide solutions to start selling in new markets.

As a Sr. Product Manager-Tech, you'll do the following:

- Lead and coordinate a key strategic global product that accelerates third-party sellers' performance by introducing customized recommendations, powered by machine learning models, to grow their catalog across marketplaces and regions

- Develop the product strategy and vision, outline business requirements for a scalable solution, and oversee the implementation (Tech, UX, Science, Business), launch (go-to-market), and post-launch product performance

- Work closely with the ISS Tech, Applied Science, UX Designers and Business/Marketing teams to develop the product.

- Foster alignment across central and regional teams and local business models to ensure a consistent experience to sellers globally

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- BA/BS degree in engineering, business, economics, mathematics, computer science, or related field

- 5+ years of experience in delivering cross-functional product, marketing, and/or business development projects

- Experience working closely with engineering teams to define scope and prioritize product requirements

- Product management experience in global environments, including building and rolling out products to customers

- Experience managing and influencing cross-functional and cross-geographical teams and stakeholder relationships

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- MBA or related post-graduate degree

- Experience in e-commerce product management

- Analytical and quantitative skills; Interest towards data-based decision making to solve problems

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
