- With such large selection being introduced by seller it becomes essential to fix and enrich product data and continuously monitor catalog quality. The exciting challenge is building systems at extremely large scales (billions of products in the catalog), large diversity of selections (products ranging from electronics to groceries to apparel and pet products).

- We, IN Item Data Quality team, are looking for a process driven, organized self-starter to join our product management team leading the catalog user experience and automation of commercial business processes. In this role, you will play a pivotal role defining product requirements and tirelessly champion the needs of our sellers and partners. Given the breadth of the service this role will require coordination across many internal and external teams.

- The successful candidate must have exceptional problem solving skills, strong business judgment, and demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams. We are looking for a proven ability to execute both strategically and tactically, and someone who is excited to take on new, ambiguous projects that will be industry defining.

- This position requires a strong track record of delivering complex projects and the ability to communicate successfully both written and verbally across all levels of stakeholders. Ability to clearly communicate technical specifications to development teams and functional specifications to business teams.

Basic qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline 5+ years of cross-functional product or program management experience in a business, operational, or technical setting Demonstrated track record in defining compelling product and/or service offerings

- Experience building and managing processes and project schedules Experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels across multiple business units Strong process definition and optimization skills; proven ability to define effective, efficient, and scalable processes and drive continuous improvement through root cause identification and defect elimination.

Preferred qualifications :

- MBA or advanced degree in a related field preferred Excellent problem-solving skills Experience with agile and other product and project management methodologies
