Job summary As a Sr. PM on the Amazon Easy team, the employee is expected to visualize the needs of Stores and their customers, to build and enhance existing products to simplify assistance provided by the store to the customer. As a leader, they should be able to build a clear strategy and roadmap, for launching features that aid store owners to browse, educate and share products easily with customers while increasing their income. The Sr. PM will work with many different parts of Amazon organization, and will need to effectively collaborate together to meet Amazon Easy's vision of "The 'go to' destination for novice internet customers (next 500MM Amazon customers) by ensuring access and assistance on a variety of online products and services which these customers find hard to trust and use, and have a physical touchpoint within five minutes of every such customer" . BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology Experience with end to end product delivery Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 4+ years of e-commerce product/program management, consulting or related experience. - An MBA or Masters in Marketing or Strategy.
