Amazon's Global Trade program has enabled 1,00,000 Indian exporters to cross $5 billion in cumulative exports from India that showcase crores of Made in India products today to customers across the world. The program requires an experienced and talented Sr. Marketing Manager to work within the Amazon Global Trade marketing team, helping to deliver customer acquisition and engagement for our target audiences.
With this role, you will join a fast growing team that looks at the big picture of overall ecommerce exports ecosystem which consists of sellers, facilitators like logistics partners, compliance partners, and other relevant entities such as the government and policymakers. This role will give an opportunity drive the growth of ecommerce export programs and products and own marketing initiatives end-to-end. The role requires planning and executing various marketing initiatives, including launching new campaigns, expanding traffic, channels, placement, improving communication messages, and driving acquisition. Success in this role requires displaying a relentless hands-on approach to managing high volume campaigns to meet or exceed goals. You bring a balanced quantitative and qualitative approach to deliver results. You love data and are comfortable working with account managers, product managers, and analysts to get things done.
Key job responsibilities -
- Drive and optimize marketing campaigns, based on Return on Ad Spend and Lifetime Value, through programmatic ad channels
- Analyze details of marketing channel efficiency: cost, performance, and new opportunities
- Own campaigns from end-to-end - manage targeting and segmentation, messaging, creative, measurement, and reporting
- Able to effectively communicate with advertising partners to efficiently drive campaign performance
- Implement and monitor A/B and multivariate tests to optimize for conversion and other performance marketing metrics
- Contribute to the ad creative process & drive creative performance learnings
- Troubleshoot campaign and creative issues using debugging tools and working with 3rd party vendors
- Collaborate and build relationships with marketing teams across Amazon
- Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns and implement ongoing improvements to drive business impact
- Reporting on progress against goals and relevant paid media marketing metrics for in-depth business reviews and reports for senior leadership
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage external agency resources
