Senior Manager - Recruiting Programs


Amazon is looking for a Sr. Manager Recruitment Services to join our India Recruiting Team. Incumbent in this role will be a key part of the recruitment shared services team that works closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and employees across India to provide support for all recruiting processes, systems, and tools. In addition, initiatives associated with improving and streamlining recruitment processes and related operations will be a key goal. The individual is expected to work in dynamic work environment and manage complex recruiting programs.

Responsibilities include:

- Identify opportunities for recruiting process improvement and enhanced candidate experience

- Analyze and troubleshoot recruiting systems questions and requests from recruiters, hiring managers, and employees globally

- Generate scheduled and ad hoc reports to support the global recruiting teams

- Update system objects and configuration settings, perform regular system audits to ensure complete and accurate reporting of recruiting related metrics

- Manage changes and track key changes with internal teams and recruiting system vendors

- Track recruiting process issues and activities and provide status reports to management teams

- Manage the Employee Referral Program for Amazon India and partner with business and recruitment team to implement the program seamlessly

- Drive Employer Branding through use of effective Recruitment Marketing Collaterals, Social Media, Tools and Technology

- Work closely with the onboarding team for offer roll out related processes and documentation

- Manage the Background verification process for Amazon India and work on MIS, process improvements for the same

- Responsible for managing a team of 4-6 members and finally accountable for overall Recruitment Services deliverable

- Great organizational skills and attention to detail, should be are able to multitask and manage different priorities

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate to engage with internal and external stakeholders / partners.

- Strong orientation for Data and Analytics

- Ability to identify and resolve issues independently in a rapidly changing environment, ability to take initiative in ambiguous circumstances

- Robust sense of accountability and sound personal judgment with the capacity to handle confidential information and escalate issues effectively

- Proactive and creative problem-solving ability

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with PeopleSoft, Oracle, Taleo, iCIMS, Encore, MS SharePoint, MS Office and Recruiting Software and Systems;

Post Graduate Degree with 8+ years of relevant HR experience
