Senior Marketing Manager- Prime Now Location: Bangalore The purpose of Prime Now is to provide ultrafast (2 hour and same day scheduled) and reliable delivery for products that customers need or want fast. Customers find their daily essentials and a curated selection of Amazon's top-selling items on Prime Now. The program is highly cross-functional in nature, intensive and requires a number of India-first solutions to be created. Prime NOW IN is looking for a talented, driven and experienced Marketing Manager to lead cohort level marketing and setting up mechanisms to understand customer satisfaction. It is a pivotal role that will contribute to the evolution and success of one of the key priorities of the organization. Joining the team means partnering with a dynamic and creative group who set a high bar for innovation and success in a fast-paced and changing environment. This role requires deep understanding of customer behavior on-site, familiarity with tactics to influence customer behaviors (promotions, merchandising), experience of setting up mechanisms to understand customer insights (e.g. NPS, VOC analysis, customer interviews), strong analytical skills to deep dive on customer data to identify trends and actionable insights. We expect the Marketing Manager to be a passionate customer advocate within Amazon, with proven analytical capabilities and project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task. The Marketing Manager must be an effective negotiator, leader and communicator in working with some of Amazon's most important partners and vendors, as well as with internal cross-functional teams. He /she is expected to drive projects of high complexity and operates with significant autonomy and discretion while influencing other external teams.
