Amazon - Senior Instock Manager (7-10 yrs)

Job Responsibilities :

- Act as the POC for the India Global Selling team to lead & drive strategy for inventory management and supply chain to lead selling partner growth across North America, European, Union, Middle-East etc.

- Collaborate with product teams and drive cross-functional initiatives to build scalable solutions to enhance the seller experience

- Work closely with internal teams to create, refine and invent processes, educate internal stakeholders on the processes and drive adoption

- Design, develop and track dashboards and key metrics across inventory management and drive data-driven decision making and implement automated solutions wherever applicable

- Deep diving on complex problems

- Regularly report on key metric/goal progress through multiple communication mechanisms such as flashes, MBR reports and updates to leadership at necessary cadence

Location : This position is based out of Bangalore, India. The person will work closely with other Global Selling Teams across the world

Basic qualifications :

- Deep understanding of and passion for e-commerce required.

- Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction required.

- Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business by the numbers. Must be metrics-driven.

- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.

- Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented.

- Bachelor's degree required, MBA is preferred with 8-10 years of relevant work experience

Preferred qualifications :

- Experience with cross border trade selling, e-commerce, retail, advertising, or media would be an advantage

- Previous responsibility for strategic development, product management or product marketing, revenue targets and quotas is highly desirable.

- Prior experience influencing C-level executives highly desirable

- Deep understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in India with prior interactions with sellers and distributors is desirable.

- Experience selling nascent (embryonic/start-up) products/services into new markets is desirable.
