Responsibilities -&nbsp; - Serve as a key member of sales ops team, helping to drive overall MFN Prime strategy and business growth. - Partner with sales teams to identify key seller relationships and establish and build strong, profitable, long-term relationships with strategic partners who may be key regional brands and sellers. - Hire and manage a team of world-class sales and operations team providing guidance and direction to achieve the seller enablement vision and strategy and - Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals - Analyze sales operations and performance, identify and implement necessary changes with a high degree of autonomy. - Anchor building of processes and mechanisms to align goals with implementation challenges and realities. Basic Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partner management. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. Adept at making data-driven decisions. - Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment - Should be able to contribute both as an individual contributor and as leader of people.
