- We are looking for a Senior Program Manager who shares Amazon's passion for the customer- someone who understands the importance of compelling programs in creating superior customer and partner experience. We are looking for a leader who works well with cross-functional teams of senior leaders, business managers, operations, and product teams, has an extremely high level of customer focus with a passion for business development and process improvements.

- As a Senior Program Manager you will create and implement processes that enable Amazon and partner teams to provide high bar on crucial customer facing parameters. You will collaborate with category, product, finance and transportation teams teams across the company to define and execute right mechanisms in all aspects of the program. You will experiment with pilot projects to identify right process that solves long-term business problems, resolving or mitigating issues in medium term and communicating with senior leaders in the organization on the progress made.

Role and Responsibilities : 

- Maintain high bar on parameters that customers care about

- Identify, analyze and implement solutions across multiple teams to address issues faced by customers and partners

- Design and implement program charter to drive customer adoption for the program

- Own managing relationship with external partners and help them develop their business on Amazon.in marketplace

- Dive deep into the data to gain program insights to help drive relevance for the program

- This position requires a candidate with the proven ability to drive process improvements and the ability to keep pace with our explosive growth while motivating others to meet the challenges of an extremely deadline-driven environment

- 2+ years of program management experience, including experience working in a fast-moving large business

- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills: ability to effectively lead and work with a variety of teams and management levels.

- Proven track record of reinventing and simplifying highly complex processes

- Comfortable working with data to invent new ways of measuring efficiency and quality of output

- Exceptional communication (both written and verbal) skills

- Outstanding program management skills (communication, planning, execution); proven ability to identify opportunities, and drive them through to completion

- Strong team player, behaves like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering stretched goals with high standards.
