Amazon India is looking for outstanding, highly motivated, result-oriented Program Manager to join our Amazon Devices team operating from Bangalore centrally. Amazon Devices team owns sales and distribution of produced groundbreaking devices like Fire tablets, Fire TV and Amazon Echo. As Program Manager of the Operations team, candidate will engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to develop, support and maintain processes for day-to-day operations of supply chain of Amazon Devices in IN. Program Manager would drive cross-functional projects to improve efficiency of the devices planning & distribution through process development and software tools automation. The successful candidate will have strong program or project management skills, experience working with external partners, excellent verbal and written communications skills, the ability to adapt to new scenarios, and proven track-record of delivering high quality results.

In this role, you will

- Review and drive forecasting accuracy for our products

- Ensure instock, distribution & plan fulfillment

- Deliver Network NVA reduction by driving projects for speed to customer & efficiency


- Deliver results on moderately-complex medium to large scale projects involving teams across the company

- Work with stakeholders to define business requirements

- Understand current system capabilities and limitations

- Problem solve and explore solutions to current processes and systems

- Coordinate with cross functional teams to implementation

- Drive continuous improvement and closed-loop corrective actions

- Monitor supply and fulfillment of devices in online and offline channels

Basic qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field

- 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects and programs with tight deadlines

- 3+ years of experience in product or process definition, having taken a product or process from concept to execution

- 3+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics for FMCG, Electronics, Hardware company

Preferred qualifications

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, building relationships

- Proven ability to influence others, facilitate agreement among stakeholders with different interests

- Technical aptitude and familiarity with the design and utilization of complex tech systems & WMS

- Proven track record of complex and creative problem solving and the desire to create and build new processes

- Advanced knowledge of SQL, Excel, Access, Unix is a plus

- Self-motivated and able to work independently

- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

- Ability to travel as required
