Job Description: Are you ready to shape the future of Quick Commerce in a high-visibility role where structure meets innovation? Amazon Flex is revolutionizing one-party delivery for Amazon Now, and we are seeking a Program Manager who thrives in ambiguity and brings exceptional organizational skills to complex, multi-faceted challenges. This is not your typical program management role - you will be the central force connecting product, operations, business intelligence, and technology to build a world-class Quick Commerce network. In this position, you will work at the intersection of multiple disciplines, transforming ambiguous problems into structured solutions. You will create and enforce standard operating procedures for daily operations, drive performance improvements through data-driven insights, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders including Marketing, Operations teams, Pricing, and Launch teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to transition from a generalist program manager into a Quick Commerce subject matter expert, gaining deep expertise in one of Amazon's most dynamic and fast-growing business areas. Key job responsibilities: - Manage and prioritize complex, cross-functional program lifecycles to deliver projects that achieve goals impacting multiple organizations across the Quick Commerce space - Monitor performance metrics daily, identify operational gaps through data analysis, and work with Business Intelligence teams to continuously build mechanisms that surface issues before they impact customers - Define and implement standard operating procedures for Quick Commerce operations, ensuring adherence and driving process improvements across one-party and third-party operations teams - Collaborate tactically with Marketing, Operations, Pricing, and Launch teams to address performance gaps and delivery issues, serving as the bridge between ROW-Flex Tech and operational teams to resolve technical concerns - Apply process improvement methodologies to optimize system quality and operational excellence, making trade-offs between time, quality, and resources while navigating ambiguity to determine correct deliverables A day in the life: Your day begins by tracking performance metrics and identifying gaps in the Quick Commerce network. Using business intelligence tools, you will spot trends and anomalies that need attention. Once gaps are identified, you will quickly mobilize relevant stakeholders - whether it is Marketing to adjust campaigns, Operations teams to refine processes, Pricing to optimize offers, or Launch teams to address new rollout issues. You will spend time bridging communication between operational teams and the ROW-Flex Tech organization, translating technical constraints into business solutions and vice versa. Throughout the day, you will balance strategic planning with tactical execution, moving seamlessly between creating documentation, analyzing data, facilitating cross-team alignment, and clearing blockers to keep projects on track. About the team: Amazon Flex serves as the one-party delivery channel for Amazon Now, bringing customers their orders with speed and reliability. Our team is building a network of seasoned program managers - both internal and external - to create a world-class one-party Quick Commerce operation. We are tackling some of the most challenging problems in last-mile delivery, combining operational excellence with cutting-edge technology. Joining this team means embracing challenges, seizing growth opportunities, and accelerating your learning in an environment where no two days are the same. We value program managers who bring structure to ambiguity, collaborate effectively across diverse teams, and remain persistent in solving complex problems. This is your chance to be part of shaping the future of Quick Commerce at Amazon. Basic Qualifications: - 3+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Bachelor's degree - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements Preferred Qualifications: - 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience - 3+ years of driving process improvements experience - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
