Job summary :
We are seeking an experienced program manager who is comfortable to roll up their sleeves and get to the heart of the problem. Person should be comfortable with ambiguity and paranoid about quality, while taking decisions keeping Seller experience and Customer experience in mind.
Note: High degree of proficiency with SQL is must.
Key Job Responsibilities :
The key responsibilities of this role include (but are not limited to):
- Setting up quality improvement framework and programs from scratch
- Defining and owning quality related goals like Ratings, CPU and Return Rate
- Maintaining high bar on Customer experience and Seller experience
- Working with WW and IN stakeholders to replicate best practices
- Identifying and driving automation and HOTW projects.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years experience in program or project management
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Basic Microsoft office and SQL knowledge is must
- Should be comfortable dealing with ambiguity
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
- Experience working with SME retailers is an advantage.
- Deep understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in India with prior interactions with sellers and distributors is desirable.
- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
