Join the Last Mile Analytics and Quality (LMAQ) team which will work to establish new approaches to seamlessly collect and validate data from Amazon's global last mile delivery network. We are seeking a passionate, experienced program manager based in Hyderabad, India. S/He will be primarily responsible for - Be an expert in the data collection processes - Troubleshoot and triage any technical issues during the collections and report as needed - Continuously evaluate existing tools and processes for temporary employee training and task management, and propose solutions to invent and simplify for efficiency and high-quality - Deliver high quality work under tight deadlines handling ambiguity - Manage day-to-day operations of the collections in close coordination with last mile delivery teams and ensure seamless reporting for the data - Partner closely with tech stakeholders with minimum guidance on protocol/process development and schedule for existing and future collections - Communicate internally or externally to identify issues and propose solutions for long term sustainability of processes The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, communicate clearly, and lead field data collection initiatives. S/He should be able to contribute to improvements in data collection projects by identifying any issues and proposing enhancements in tools and working on continuous improvement of collection protocol and process. Passion for data, efficiency, and accuracy as well as proactive behavior in addressing issues and problems is required. Prior experience managing people by influence and/or working directly with field staff is a plus. Basic Requirements: - Bachelor's degree (engineering, science, math, technology) - 2+ years- experience in Project/Program/Product/Operations Management for Ground truth/GIS/Maps domain - Strong communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills that enable you to earn trust at all levels - Business focused thinking, an ability to focus on key issues and a strong hands-on, results driven mentality - Experience in developing business cases - Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed - Proven Project management Skills - Proficiency with Excel and strong analytical acumen Preferred Requirements: - MBA - Experience with Lean, Six Sigma analytical techniques is a plus - Experience in setting up operations of Ground truth/GIS/Maps programs is a huge plus - Proficient in SQL,R - A good sense of humor, a positive attitude, and great team work skills
