- 5+ years of relevant work experience in customer marketing/references/advocacy
- Experience in marketing B2B technology products/services or client-side servicing in public relations or content agencies preferred
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, marketing, technology, or relevant field of study
- Project management, prioritization, organizational skills, attentiveness, accuracy in performance and keen attention to detail
- Experience pitching ideas to senior leaders in cross-functional teams
- Experience with managing medium to large datasets
- Have an absolute passion for ensuring a great customer/seller experience
- Demonstrated ability to Invent & Simplify for programs and processes
Key Responsibilities Include :
- Manage the customer references database to improve adoption across teams and maintain data integrity
- Analyze metrics on how we champion our customers- successes on the AWS platform and provide actionable insights for the team
- Own relationships with internal stakeholders to understand the health of our customer advocacy business and provide support where necessary
- Drive strategic awareness campaigns to grow active users within references database
- Provide regular communication on the state of AISPL's customer advocacy program to the organization
- Work with cross-functional teams to measure results and make improvements (monthly trainings, broadcast channel, sales enablement portal etc.)
- Collect customer feedback on our services and customer engagement through surveys, regular research, and analysis to understand how we can improve the customer experience
- Tackle ambiguous projects that help solve both tactical and strategic level problems
- Respond to time-critical requests from various stakeholders
