Program Manager - Amazon Live

The IN Creator Success team leads Amazon India's vision of building India's most seductive creator engagement programs. As part of our charter, we own building & scaling influencer relationships for traffic generating and on-site content programs like Amazon Influencer Program, Video Shopping Experiences, Amazon Live and #FoundItOnAmazon.

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to own scale up and execution for Amazon Live - a new product-focused streaming video program to produce engaging shoppable live video content.

In this role, you will be responsible for successful execution of live streams, managing the live stream programming roster, and project timelines. This will necessitate working with both internal stakeholders - such as category, marketing, product, and studio teams - and external stakeholders - influencers and agencies. In addition, you will support other operational components of the live stream including creative assets and production schedules.

Our ideal candidate is highly motivated, exceptionally organized and detail-oriented and must have experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Understanding of the online content ecosystem and video production is preferred. They will utilize their ability to effectively prioritize and project manage along with strong communication skills to support live stream operations.

Key job responsibilities:

Partner with production and content owners to manage live stream schedules

Project manage all components of live streams

Support creative asset creation

Work with category teams to manage roster and identify topics for live streams

Influence content improvements based on continuous feedback via metrics and from customers, team members, and stakeholders.

Define payout models and arrive at optimum levels of payments to balance creator earnings and business profitability.

Stakeholder management - category, product, marketing teams across programs

Enhance operational efficiency and productivity by improving processes and tools, removing roadblocks and bottlenecks, identifying unnecessary rules, and suggesting ways to work smarter

Basic qualifications:

3+ years experience in program or project management

Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

3+ years experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Preferred qualifications:

4+ years experience in content marketing / production across ecommerce / B2C technology / OTT.

Experience in driving scale through process improvement

Bachelors in design, media, journalism, advertising, film making.

Skilled communicator across both verbal and written communication.

Independent and self-starter with the ability to work with senior leaders across the organization
