Position Name: Program Manager  Job Location: Bangalore  Job Description:  - Understand Amazon Services products and services and articulate and guide sellers through integration.  - Own and manage integration of a portfolio of key sellers who want to list their products on Amazon's global sites.  - Sales Strategy: Participate in the discovery sessions with Senior Leadership to answer/assess initial technical capabilities. Develop integration plan and identify key technical resources for integration.  - Work with sellers to set and meet milestones and deliverables to deliver high-quality integration projects.  - Track and report integration performance using appropriate metrics. Achieve productivity and seller satisfaction targets.  - Engage with internal and external customers/teams to define requirements, test data integrity, verify business processes, and deploy product offerings.  - Gather requirements and help build tools and processes to increase the ease and efficiency with which sellers integrate with us.  - Support the launches of new programs, categories and features.  Competencies :  1. Possesses working knowledge of direct competitive products and key differentiators with Amazon's product  4. Contributes to defining product value propositions, advantages, and limitations  5. Engages with accounts to identify incremental services or products Audits account performance  Basic qualifications :   - Deep understanding of and passion for e-commerce required.  - Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.  - Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business - by the numbers. Must be metrics-driven.  - Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.  - Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly. Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented.  - Advanced IT literacy especially in Microsoft Office applications.  - Deep understanding of eCommerce and B2B Communication (XML and Webservices).  - Strong process definition and optimization skills; proven ability to define effective, efficient, and scalable processes and drive continuous improvement through root cause identification and defect elimination.  - Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel.  - Bachelors required in computer science, sciences or engineering, masters preferred.  Preferred qualifications :   - Experience with e-commerce, retail, advertising, or media would be an advantage  - Track record of managing and troubleshooting technical and business integration projects  - Demonstrated intense customer focus.  - Demonstrated highest level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and strong work ethic.  - Sharp, analytical, and thoughtful.
