We are looking for a Principal Program Manager, who will drive Amazon India's Self-Ship fulfillment channel's strategy. We have sellers with varying selection, order volume, sophistication and fulfillment capabilities. In this role, you will -&nbsp; 1. Work across multiple customer and seller teams to deliver and drive adoption of the new product/service in a timely fashion to make sellers successful on Self Ship and Self Ship Prime. 2. Responsible for solving difficult problems that do not have obvious solutions. The PPM also needs to continuously iterate to improve already launched products/features. 3. Define project plans, manage implementation activities, and develop processes, documentation, and communications for program/process rollout and ongoing support. 4. Design processes and procedures that scale with the business- growth in volume, complexity, and global geographic dispersion 5. Maintain a global and local focus - working across Amazon while walking in the shoes of sellers and customers at a country level to ensure we only launch great experiences. To that effect, the leader is responsible for driving key India-led innovations taking into account the sophistication level of sellers in India, and the fulfillment capabilities available to them. In addition, from a program perspective, the PPM needs to extensively work with global and local teams in Category, Transportation, and CS to define best practices. 6. Prioritize decisions and conduct tradeoffs for the portfolio of products, envision long term strategies and detail them in clear business requirement documents. Work with Product teams to take them to live, maintain bug logs and track post-launch customer feedback and product usage. 7. Responsible for the GTM of the programs/products, working with online/offline marketing teams to scale program adoption, defining seller policies and identify/track abusive or fraudulent activities within the program and work with the respective teams to reduce it as far as possible. 8. Develop metrics for core programs and processes, and track delivery against program objectives. 9. Communicate new/updated programs, policies, and processes to leaders, employees, and cross-functional organizations. 10. Work with the learning and development teams and senior business leaders to drive engagement with Amazon learning programs and Leadership Principles. The position is located in Bangalore, India, and reports into Seller Services Leadership. Basic qualifications: - 7+ years of program management experience, ideally in the e-commerce or technology space - Experience working with cross-functional teams in the delivery and adoption of major new products or services - Experience defining the market and product requirements, working with product and engineering organizations to rapidly deliver high-impact capabilities to market - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling positioning/messaging strategy and present complex information clearly and concisely - Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements, features and drive the management of product - High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing for priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision - Collaborative working style. Must work well in a team environment. Preferred qualifications: - Significant Program Management experience in the e-commerce industry - MBA/Masters Degree
