Amazon - Principal Product Manager (10-17 yrs)
It is still Day 1 at Amazon.
While we have grown quickly over last few years there are still many consumers who have yet to shop with us. The Reach team, within the India Consumer Engagement team, is responsible for launching new initiatives that drive demand from new pools of prospective customers, helping Amazon reach the next 500MM customers.
We are looking for a Principal PM who is a passionate customer advocate and has a deep understanding of the importance of the customer experience for our site. We are looking to build an India first solution, that helps customer shop Amazon products by seeking assistance through their network of trusted acquaintances/influencers. As a Pr.PM, she/he must be able to differentiate the needs of different customer segments, especially the ones who are new to internet. As a leader, they should be able to build a clear strategy and business rationale, for the launch and enhancement of features - that help customers shop on Amazon. She/he will work with many different parts of the Amazon organization, and will need to effectively collaborate together. This leader will need to think big in ambiguous areas that involves working with influencers, customers and category teams to build solutions that help customers shop on Amazon through Influencers. We are looking for a leader who has strong financial and business acumen, to build the right business model that focuses on long term sustainability of the product and business. The An ideal candidate profile may include similar experiences in a leading online or offline retail, or a B2C product company.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :
- 10+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
10+ years of e-commerce product/program management, consulting or related experience.
- An MBA or Masters in Marketing or Strategy.
