Amazon - Principal - Product Management (7-15 yrs)

The WW MFN acceleration team is looking for a product leader to drive Seller Experience and Customer Experience related initiatives within India and WW region. This role will be a combination of product and program ownership to ensure sellers/customers across marketplaces have the best fulfilment experience when they order from Amazon.

Role :

- Working with different marketplaces to create product strategy for MFN experience improvement.

- Identify new experiences for MFN sellers to ease their operational burden and improve their growth

- Own product end to end roadmap.

- Work with WW stakeholders to set up and scale mechanisms that present a consolidated view of MFN performance and enables step function changes

- Own SVP level business reviews.

Key job responsibilities :

- We are looking for a talented Principal Product Manager who is ready to work in a rapidly changing industry and will help in building products to innovate on behalf of the sellers and customer. You will own roadmap/deliverables for your vertical end to end.


- This will involve building and scaling new initiatives, as well as optimizing and enhancing existing Amazon work-streams. You will work closely with multiple WW stakeholders and marketplaces and will influence their strategy.

- You will own bringing together business reviews with WW Senior leadership and create forums for all marketplaces to surface their needs and business insights.

- 7+ years of Product Management


- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple products and competing priorities simultaneously


- Strong verbal and written communication skills - Sound business judgment, confirmed ability to influence others, and a consistent track record of taking ownership and driving results


- Strong financial acumen to quantitatively assess decisions quickly, and engage in complex business decisions


- Proven data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills, including advanced knowledge of Excel and Data Analysis tools.
