RESPONSIBILITIES :&nbsp; The Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Manager will be responsible for helping customers use their Prime membership and access to Prime Video to the fullest by driving key Prime Video actions across the customer lifecycle spanning activation, onboarding, engagement, retention, win-back, and dive-and-saves across Prime customers in India.&nbsp; - The successful candidate is a seasoned marketer with deep customer lifecycle marketing knowledge and broad marketing experience across a wide span of disciplines including strategy, media, acquisition, engagement, and/or product marketing. Candidates will have experience driving programs that impact millions of customers with a strong bent towards learning by being curious and ownership. Success in this role requires seeing the big picture, deftly operating in what might sometimes be ambiguous environments, and building programs and processes to scale. Key Responsibilities Include : - Generating insights on customer behavior through data analysis and mapping the customer journey working closely with Marketing Analytics and Business Intelligence teams - Developing and maintaining an iterative testing roadmap to test insights - Working with marketing channel owners on on-going experimentation to validate insights across segmentation, targeting, messaging, channel and creative optimization - Convert validated insights into steady-state marketing strategies across - The person in this role is also required to work closely with local and central automation teams to convert winning strategies into automated programs - Leaning into new techniques and strategies with a sense of what's possible and to uncover new consumer truths and validate them - Work closely with teams across Prime Video and other Prime teams both locally and globally to drive concerted plans to maximize customer engagement with Prime - Articulate plans, experimentation roadmaps and results, and lifecycle marketing strategies to leadership and across teams - Deep analysis of campaign and program performance to identify patterns and trends Basic qualifications :&nbsp; - 6+ years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in customer lifecycle marketing&nbsp; - Proven track record building and driving lifecycle marketing programs at scale&nbsp; - Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements&nbsp; - Building marketing strategies including customer segmentation, launch management, acquisition, engagement, product marketing, or partner marketing&nbsp; - Ability to transform high-level strategic thinking into detailed iterative execution plans&nbsp; - Strong quantitative/analytical skills&nbsp; Preferred qualifications :&nbsp; Who will like and excel at this -&nbsp; - Excellent communicator both verbally and written, with an ability to communicate with all levels in the organization&nbsp; - Proven track record using data-driven insights to build customer-backward strategies &nbsp;- Someone who enjoys working with teams to quickly iterate hypotheses and deliver on business priorities&nbsp; - You like getting your hands dirty in day-to-day tasks to get things done&nbsp; - Comfort with navigating and leading in ambiguous situations; able to operate in a start-up environment, where leaders are owners, wear multiple hats, and effortlessly think and act both strategically and tactically&nbsp; - High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
