Amazon India's Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) business is looking for a passionate, innovative Program Manager who is responsible for developing metrics and driving process improvements focused on Seller reimbursements and performance metrics thus improving Seller Experience. This includes creating the future vision of how Sellers reimbursements are managed and developing programs that allow Sellers to be successful. In this role, you will also be responsible for identifying root cause of reimbursement related issues and working with process partners across Amazon India to resolve. The successful candidate will identify and execute processes to eliminate defects in the supply chain, enable maximum recovery of value from non-turning inventory and own the strategy for inventory obsolescence management. The candidate will co-own the responsibility for driving profitability in one of Amazon's key businesses in India. You will interact with our global teams and partner with Software Development Engineers, Finance Managers, Operations Program Managers, and Site Editors. The successful candidate will eliminate waste while creating, developing, and driving solutions that lead to a richer end to end Seller experience while improving FBA profitability. Business Management: - Must be able to effectively communicate strategies / plans (both written in narrative form and in verbal presentations) to SVP level management. This leader must also have experience influencing and working with a wide variety of stakeholders in a cross-matrix environment. - Develop key metrics and performance indicators to measure overall financial performance and provide foundation for continuous improvement. Program and Product Management: - Work with sellers, product development and internal software development teams to identify and prioritize requirements for program enhancements to make sellers more successful. - Own and manage the product feature roadmap with the software development teams. - Clarify and drive short-term project priorities and commitments, as well as establish and maintain clear chains of project management and accountability. - Manage all elements of product launch, including organizing and planning, estimating, managing resources, tracking and controlling projects, managing risk &amp; opportunity, managing quality, seller relations, communicating &amp; documenting, and change management. Technology Management: - Work with software development teams to aid in prioritizing monthly product feature backlog. - Work with Product Management teams to define business requirements for new features. Industry Specific Knowledge: - Have general knowledge of e-commerce and target market segments (e.g. media, apparel, and electronics), processes, industry standards, regulations, and the current business trends. - Have general knowledge of competitive offerings in terms of features and price Basic Qualifications - Master's degree in business - Atleast 6+ years of experience in return logistics, liquidation and related value recovery services in the retail, internet, consumer goods in the B2C or B2B domain. - Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and good business judgment - Experience using problem solving and analytical skills to solve business problems - Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; bias for action - Ability to think strategically, gather and interpret data, and make business recommendations to senior stakeholders in the organization - Verbal and written communications skills, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations - Proven experience in managing, building and developing a high performance team Preferred Qualifications - MBA is desired - 6-8 years of program/product development experience - Experience with operational excellence and process improvement methodologies like six sigma and kaizen - Communication skills (verbal and written) for internal and external audiences. - Experience with SQL or Data querying and analysis tools is desired. - Proven track record of exceeding quota and key performance metrics
