We are looking for customer obsessed, data driven Program Manager to join the India Consumer Business team to solve the hardest problems for our Customers and Sellers. The ideal candidate has outstanding business acumen and judgment, intense curiosity, excellent analytical abilities, strong technical skills, solid team management experience, superior written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams. She/He will have a strong bias toward data driven decision making. She/He will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and juggling multiple projects, able to think big and be creative (while paying careful attention to detail), and will enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment. She/He will work closely with Category, Finance and Tech teams (WW platforms).

The scope for this role includes the following:

1. Identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and present written business recommendations to increase Selection for A.in.

2. Manage and execute entire projects or components of large projects from start to finish including project management, data gathering and modeling, problem solving, communication of insights, building recommendations and working with partner teams across the organization.

3. Own and drive Selection goals for India Consumer business

4. Participate in periodic reviews with Leadership teams (IN and Global).

5. Conduct deep dive analysis and provide executive-level reporting of key insights and trends and inform the larger team of noteworthy story lines

6. Hire, manage, and grow people.

The ideal candidate has : 

- Minimum 6 years of experience in retail, internet, consumer goods in the B2C or B2B domain;

- Comfortable making strategic decisions that have high long term impact

- Strong negotiation abilities and financial acumen, a high degree of ownership and integrity, and a high attention to detail. Ability to build relationships with external entities with controls on timelines, cost and returns.

- An independent self-starter who thrives in connecting people and ideas and have a strong entrepreneurial drive.

- Ability to define efficient and scalable processes that balances customer expectations and Amazon costs

- Excel at communication and are comfortable with playing a lead role in a highly visible organization.

- Ability to influence executive decision-makers, helping them to understand the proposition of the used and open box business.

- Proven ability to work with global cross-functional teams and outside partners to drive growth and process improvement for your business.

- Is able to manage multiple competing priorities smoothly

- 4+ years of people management experience
