Amazon - Manager - Marketing - Amazon Prime (5-10 yrs)

By 2021, ~40% of online buyers are going to be 18-24 years old. The Prime Young Adult team is focused on making Prime more accessible, relevant, and fun for India's young customers.

The Marketing manager for the Prime Young Adult program will own ideation, creation and execution of on-site and offline marketing campaigns and programs aimed at acquiring, engaging and retaining young Prime membership. Some of the key programs that will be owned end to end by this role includes a) scale the Prime Campus Ambassador program to be India's largest student engagement program b) scale the Vodafone - Prime youth offer program c) build a self-funded exclusive deals and offers program for young adults in Prime d) building and executing a roadmap of marketing experiments on-site to maximize Prime acquisition and benefit engagement for this cohort of customers

Success in this role requires strong customer backwards thinking, a willingness to experiment at scale and to fail fast and capability to build an unconstrained vision of what Amazon and Prime should mean for India's youth. The Marketing manager will develop a marketing strategy and executional plans based on available data, simplifying processes to drive scale, executing in a rapidly changing environment and communicating with and influencing employees at all levels of the organization. Basic Qualifications :

- Proven track record of thinking customer backward.

- Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and tactically.

- Ability to prioritize and define roadmap in an ambiguous environment.

- 5+ years of overall work experience with 3+ year experience in marketing/product management.

- Demonstrated ability to formulate data-driven decisions that lead to results.

- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects.

- Exceptional interpersonal, communication (spoken and written) and influencing skills and an ability to navigate a complex and unstructured cross-functional environment.

- BE/B Tech, MBA Degree Preferred

- BE/B Tech, MBA
