Amazon Prime is looking for a Senior Manager to drive Marketing for Prime in India. The Senior Manager will own Prime Marketing across the end-to-end member lifecycle (Acquire, Activate, Engage, and Retain). He/She will lead a team of marketing managers to market Prime benefits and plans through onsite at Amazon.in & across outbound channels. Key Responsibilities - Develop marketing strategy, prioritize marketing initiatives, define program goals, establish performance measurement standards, and own the Prime brand in IN - Design IN first marketing programs by driving exploratory research and transactional deep-dives - Own key always-on Prime marketing programs: Content Experimentation & Optimization, Member Onboarding and the Prime Member Newsletter - Drive marketing of new Prime benefits by influencing benefit construct based on member insights, serving as a bar-raiser for CX, advising on GTM strategy and driving on-going marketing - Influence Product roadmap to launch new acquisition and engagement locations, automated tools to improve customer targeting and serve as a voice of customer in CX decisions - Partner with Mass Media Marketing team to launch mass media campaigns, CMA to drive member insights and HVA identification and PR to drive Prime-related PR - Identify behaviors that mark faster Prime adoption & execute experiments in-order to find scaleable mechanisms to drive these behaviors - Partner with cross functional teams across Amazon to lead marketing for Prime Day, the marquee annual Prime member event, both onsite and offsite Basic Qualifications - 10+ years of experience managing large cross-functional projects in a consumer, retail or a consulting company - Atleast 5 years of marketing experience with experience across online and offline channels - Possess a deep understanding of all traffic driving levers and identifies ways to measure and optimize performance broadly - Proven leadership experience with a bias for action - Demonstrated ability to deliver both strategic and tactical results - Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and good business judgment - Ability to think strategically and prioritize in an ambiguous environment - Proven experience in managing, building and developing a high performance team - Strong oral and written communication skills in English (including experience reviewing results with senior management and working in a global team setting) Preferred Qualifications - MBA from a premier institution is preferred - Experience in ecommerce
